All you have to do is upload a picture of your dog using or wearing any Classic Hound product to our Facebook Fan Page or sending us a photo works well too. It can be a greyhound in their Classic Hound collar, or a whippet sporting her leash bag - anything goes!

1. You may enter as many photos as you like.
2. Your pet must be using or wearing a Classic Hound product in each photo.
3. Any photo submitted may be placed in the Customer Gallery at Classic Hound or on Classic Hound's Facebook page, even if it doesn't win the contest!
4. Hard-copy submissions by regular mail cannot be accepted.

Banana Biscotti Bunnies

Perhaps the Easter bunny shouldn't come to our house this year. Abby & Dewey are crunching it up here on these yummy Banana Biscotti Bunnies. We all know how doggies like to chase rabbits, I'm not sure that any rabbit (or hare for that matter) would escape from my two dogs at the moment. These crunchy treats are a hit!

Banana Biscotti Bunnies

*adapted from bullwrinkle.com

4 cups flour

1/2 cup peanuts, chopped

½ teaspoon baking soda

1 egg

¼ cup vegetable oil

1 ½ cups banana, pureed

2 teaspoons vanilla

*water (about 5 Tablespoons)

Preheat oven to 325F.

Place dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well in the center.

Blend egg, oil and banana together. Add into the dry ingredinets in well. Start combining together. Add water, one teaspoon at a time as needed. Knead by hand on table until mixed thoroughly.

Roll out until doug is about 1" high and use a cookie cutter to punch out the bunnies.

Place on non-stick baking sheets or lightly greased ones. Bake 30 - 40 minutes. Remove and cool for 10 minutes. Slice into 1/2" - 3/4" slices. Place on baking sheets and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Store in airtight container.

Options that only apply to our 1" wide collars.

More specifically, you can opt out of cuddleskin lining if you wish. While a lot of doggies need that extra soft barrier to protect their sensitive necks, a lot of doggies don't. So now you have the option to substitute a super soft and strong nylon webbing over the cuddleskin wrapped polypropylene. Again this option is only available to these 1" wide collar designs.

Peamutt Butter Shamrocks!

These doggy treats rocked! My 3 year old ate one when I wasn't looking, and the two doggies have been lucky (har har) enough to snack on these for the past few days. Honestly, this is probably the favorite dog biscuit recipe of the house. Easy to bake and easy to eat (even for little humanoids who get sneaky).

Peamutt Butter Shamrocks

Ingredients

1/4 cup Peanut Butter

1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

1 cup Water

2 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour

1 cup Oatmeal (we omitted this - by accident!)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.

Combine peanut butter, oil and water in a large bowl. Once mixed slowly add whole wheat flour and then oatmeal. Roll dough out 1/4 inch thick and cut with cookie cutter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 to 35 minutes or until edges begin to brown.

Cool and refrigerate.
